First Aid
- A nurse and/or doctor will be available at the First Aid Station throughout the day.
- Refrigeration will be available for any medication, as noted on your medical form.
- Please bring medications that need refrigeration to the first aid station upon your arrival, but AFTER your group check-in.
Security

- Security is in place the day of the event to ensure everyone's safety.
- Each participant will receive a special wristband during the check-in process on the day of the rally.
These bands must be worn AT ALL TIMES throughout the day.
It identifies you as a participant of the rally, and also serves as your ticket for dinner.
No-Smoking Policy
- Archbishop Wood High School is a smoke-free environment and no smoking is allowed anywhere inside or outside the facilities.
- Smoking is permitted for attendees over 18 only. If you feel it is necessary, you may leave school property to smoke.
- All smokers are expected to dispose of their cigarette butts in a proper receptacle.
Dress Code Policy
- All participants are expected to dress appropriately.
- Clothing must cover all undergarments (including bra straps and boxers) and midriffs.
- Clothing with offensive language or obscene pictures is not allowed.
- No low-cut shirts or mini-skirts are allowed.
- Shoes and shirts must be worn at all times.
- Chaperones are expected to convey this information to the youth from your parish/school and then enforce it while at the rally.
- Casual dress is recommended, but it should be appropriate for Eucharistic Adoration and attending Mass (nice jeans and a nice T-shirt are fine).
Items for Sale
- You may wish to bring spending money as several items will be available for purchase.
(i.e., CDs, DVDs, Videos, Teen Books, Music, Bibles, Jewelry, T-shirts, etc.)
- Free youth ministry materials will be available as well.
- All groups, participants or other individuals interested in distributing any handouts, pamphlets or tracts, tapes, etc. withoutmust get prior permission from The Catholic Youth Foundation.
Respect of Property
- Archbishop Wood High School is the host for the rally and all participants are expected to treat the property with respect and to conduct themselves with reverence while in the church, chapel or other places of worship.
